I'm free for the weekend! The first week of class has been really good, and it wasn't as heavy as I was afraid it would be. We still have plenty to do, though...today we started choir practice (it's just the twelve students, but it will be really fun). We have one student who's majoring in voice and she will conduct us. The songs she chose are good: a gospel song I didn't know, Great is the Lord, a chorus called He is Wonderful (which is really neat!), and a piece by Handel that someone put to words. We haven't practiced the Handel piece yet, but I'm really looking forward to it...
Anyhow, this weekend I'll probably have to study a little, but after that I'm going to look around the nearby town, Grenoble, with a few other people. I'm looking forward to having a free weekend, since they won't all be free!
Well, that's it for now, but I'll be back later, at some point...
Bye!
